Josh Rotenstreich

Josh Rotenstreich joined TRS in 2014 where he immediately channeled his focus on civil and complex litigation. Through his success in the courtroom and dedication to hard work, Josh became a managing partner of the firm in 2020 . He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Elon University School of Law in 2015, where he was an active member of the Mock Trial team.

Licensed to practice in all North Carolina State courts as well as the Middle District of North Carolina, Josh has gained extensive experience in trial work, primarily handling insurance defense litigation. Josh’s expertise in practice extends to personal injury defense, property damage, premises liability, coverage analysis, construction litigation, minor settlement court approvals, and other complex legal matters. Known for his analytical, proactive approach and client-centered service, Josh aims to protect his clients’ interests every step of the way. He believes in clear communication and understanding his clients’ goals to achieve the best possible outcomes. He is committed to providing strategic, results-driven representation tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Josh is married with three children and when not working spends his time traveling with his family and friends.
