Robert C. Cratch

Robert Cratch joined TRS in 2017, focusing his practice on civil and complex litigation, and became a Managing Partner of the firm in 2024. Robert earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and then his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in 2013.

Licensed to practice in all North Carolina state courts, as well as the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of North Carolina’s federal courts, Robert’s practice encompasses insurance defense and coverage litigation, as well as a wide range of civil matters including personal injury, premises liability, construction defects, contract disputes, business disputes, and other complex legal issues.

In addition to his litigation practice, Robert serves as general counsel to several property management companies and other businesses in the area, providing proactive legal guidance and handling their litigation needs. His experience and strategic approach make him a trusted advocate for his clients in both state and federal courts, as well as the business courts of this State

Robert is married with three children. When not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, is a dedicated Wolfpack fan, and likes being outdoors fishing and hunting.
