Allison M. Burke

Allison Burke is a licensed North Carolina attorney practicing civil litigation with a concentration in insurance defense and coverage analysis. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2020 and earned her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in 2022.

Since being admitted to the North Carolina Bar and joining the Firm in 2023, Allison has had the opportunity to represent clients in a variety of civil matters, with a particular focus on defending insurers and their insureds. She draws on her communication background to support clear, effective advocacy and meaningful client relationships. She strives to offer thoughtful, reliable representation while remaining attentive and responsive to each client’s unique needs.

Outside of the office, Allison enjoys staying active through running, hiking, and strength training with friends and family.
