Kenneth (Kenny) Rotenstreich

With nearly four decades of courtroom experience and over 400 jury trials to verdict, Kenneth Rotenstreich is widely recognized as one of North Carolina’s most accomplished trial attorneys. As a founding partner of Teague Rotenstreich, Kenny has built a reputation for success in Insurance Defense Litigation and complex Civil Litigation, representing clients in high-stakes cases across North Carolina.

Kenny earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1987. He is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and Alabama, as well as in the Eastern, Central, and Western Districts of North Carolina’s Federal Courts, and before the Cherokee Tribal Court.

Respected by peers and clients alike, Kenny has held an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 1995 and has been recognized by Super Lawyers annually since 2005. In 2022, he was honored as a Leader in the Law by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly for his significant impact on the legal profession.

Kenny lives in Greensboro with his wife Amanda of 38 years and enjoys spending time with his son Josh and his family in Greensboro and daughter Alexandra and her family in Charlotte. When not practicing law, he can often be found golfing, boating, hiking, sport shooting, or relaxing at the lake or beach or just hanging out with friends and family.
