Steven B. Fox

Steve grew up in Michigan graduating from Albion College in 1984. After graduation, he moved south to attend and graduate from Wake Forest School of Law in 1987. After graduation, Steve joined the Army JAG Corp and was stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado for 3 years and achieved the rank of Captain. In the JAG, he practiced in the areas of criminal law and labor and employment law. Steven then returned to Greensboro to start his private practice career and in 1992 agreed to join his former classmate Kenny Rotenstrich in the then young insurance defense firm of Teague Rotenstreich.

For the past 33 years, Steve has practiced in the areas of Insurance Defense Litigation, Estate and Trust litigation, Insurance Coverage, Guardianship Litigation, Construction Litigation and complex Business litigation in the State Courts, Business Courts, and Federal courts throughout North Carolina. Steve is well seasoned in the courtroom with well over 100 jury trials, over 100 binding Arbitrations, as well as arguments before the North Carolina Courts of Appeal and North Carolina Supreme Court.

Steve is also a NCDRC Certified Superior Court Mediator and Certified Clerk Guardianship and Estate Mediator and can bring his wealth of experience to help parties resolve their disputes.

Steve and his wife Eva live on a farm north of Greensboro and enjoy managing a herd of horses, donkeys, chickens, dogs and even a peacock. They have four children between them and enjoy farm days with them all.
